Shipping Policy Shipping Origin Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from China. Order Processing Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume. Estimated Delivery International delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, local postal services, weather, and other circumstances outside Laramoon’s control. Tracking Tracking is available for selected shipping methods. When tracking is included, tracking details will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Some shipping methods might not include end-to-end tracking. Customs Duties and Import Taxes Orders are shipped internationally from China. Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees vary by destination. Any charges not collected at checkout are determined by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient. Laramoon is not responsible for customs charges or delays caused by customs processing. Delivery Details Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact Laramoon as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. Delivery Issues If an order appears delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, contact Laramoon with the order number and any available tracking information. Laramoon will review the shipment details and advise on the appropriate next step.
