PRODUCT INFORMATION We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizing, images, prices, and availability accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on the customer’s screen, lighting, and device settings. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing, shades, care instructions, and suitability before ordering. Moon Skin and Moon Sticky Bra are intimate-contact products. Customers should follow the product instructions and discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs. Product information on this website is not medical advice. 3. ORDERS Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order due to product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns. Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, payment, contact, and delivery information. If we cancel a paid order before fulfilment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. 4. PRICES AND PAYMENT Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully authorized or confirmed. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees vary by destination. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from China. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. International delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier, customs processing, local postal services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tracking is available only for selected shipping methods. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees vary by destination. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Our separate Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. 6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PRODUCT ISSUES Laramoon does not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind. For hygiene reasons, Moon Skin and Moon Sticky Bra cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been opened, worn, tried on, used, or removed from protective packaging. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact Laramoon promptly with the order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims will receive the appropriate resolution. Laramoon will cover the required return shipping cost where a return is approved. Our separate Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. 7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION Information on this website is provided for general purposes. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
